Aedes: two new management agreements for Promos

As a busy 2023 draws to a close for Promos, the company is happy to announce a new management agreement involving two important assets. Aedes, the real estate company subsidiary of Domus S.r.l. – a joint venture promoted by Hines – has entrusted the management of two important retail destination  assets to Promos’s Property Management enterprise – the Serravalle Retail Park and the Roero Retail Park – which will consolidate its position in the Piedmont Region bringing to three the structures under management there.

The contract, starting from October 1, 2023, will have the goal of repositioning both malls, not just be increasing their attractiveness but also by strengthening their ties with the area and increasing the retail and food service offerings.
