Promos guests of the Sole 24 Ore Business School

Guests during a lesson of the Master in Marketing, Retail & Sales Management course, held by Luca Bianco of Cavalieri Retail, Alessandro Calabrese and Melissa Palazzi lectured the class about the work behind the fascinating, but highly complex, world of retail, with a particular focus on outlet malls in Italy.

The students had a lot of questions for them to answer, including how an outlet mall is managed, what professional skills are required by the sector and what it takes to become the director of a similar business structure.
