To ensure that the customer experience takes place in a pleasant but also safe environment, we invest in programs of training and continuous updates. For example, a few days ago at the Centro Commerciale Europa in Palazzolo sull’Oglio, a 4-hour course in first aid was held by an instructor appointed by the Red Cross of Brescia.

During the course, all the employees and operators at the structure learned the skills necessary to deal with emergency situations promptly with professionalism.
