The position of the Shopping Center Assistant is employed as an assistant to the Director of the Center, managing general office and administrative activities.
Main duties
Assisting the Director of the Shopping Center in the supervision of the activities connected with its management
Managing, controlling and optimizing the budget, and preparing the final accounting of annual expenses
Preparing orders and offers, checking shipping bills and payments
Compiling periodical reports (monthly, weekly, special reports) with the support of the company's main office
Collaborating in the management and promotion of exhibition spaces in the gallery, supervising contracts and verifying the correct processing of payments
Assisting and collaborating with the team members to achieve the corporate goals set
Requisites
Degree in economic subjects (three or five year) or high school diploma
Previous experience in the sector will be preferred
Good organizational capabilities and attention to details
Ability to work in a group, relational skills, problem solving skills, flexibility and proactivity
Excellent knowledge of the main IT tools (Office package including Excel and Power Point, Internet, Electronic mail)
Knowledge of English (written and spoken) is desirable and will be preferred
